Simon R. Paterno

Founder & CEO

Simon is a former Managing Director of J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse, a former President of the Development Bank of the Philippines, and a former Executive VP of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. He graduated from Ateneo de Manila with a AB Honors Program in Economics degree, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Jacqueline Arambulo

Director

Jackie was most recently Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer for Credit Suisse. Prior to that, she was Head of Risk and Controls for JP Morgan Chase, NA. Before moving back to the Philippines in 2012, she worked in New York City for 25 years as, among others, the Business Manager of a fixed income sales team, a Bond Salesman, and as Head of Transaction Management of a securitization team. Jackie has a MBA from Fordham University, New York.

Arnaldo del Rosario

Director

Arnie brings over 35 years experience as an IT professional. He founded what is now the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science at the Ateneo de Manila, which he headed from 1985-2000, and was a key figure in connecting the Philippines to the Internet, being the primary proponent for Phase 1 of what would eventually become PhNet – the Philippines first Internet Service Provider. He was instrumental in developing the Registry of Scripless Securities (RoSS) for the Philippine Bureau of Treasury, the World Bank funded Philippine Tax Computerization Program, and the nationwide MIS Computerization Project of the Philippine Ports Authority. Arnie graduated from University of Southern California with an MS in Computer Engineering.

Miguel R. Paterno

Director

Mickey is Chairman of the Orchid Garden Suites Hotel and is a lifelong entrepreneur. He is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University.

Agustin R. Montilla IV

Director

Agustin is a senior partner at Romulo, one of the Philippines’ oldest and largest law firms. He is director at Lex Mundi, and a founding officer of the Philippines’ first venture capital and private equity association. He is a graduate of the Ateneo Law School (J.D.) and the Columbia Law School (LL.M)
